2 large ears of organic corn (NONGMO if possible)*

1 teaspoon “French Twist”™ Seasoning

olive or coconut oil

Leave corn in their husks. Pull off the larger leaves, but leave the inner leaves secure around the corn and silk. Microwave ears about 8 to 10 minutes on high. **

Remove from microwave and let them sit for about 2 minutes. Husk and cut corn off cob.

Put oil in pan and heat to medium. Add corn and sprinkle with seasoning. Stir on cook for about 1 minute or so and serve!

* I know, I know...growing up around farming it's a real sad thing to bypass corn on the cob because of gmo's. But maybe once every year or two I allow myself to have an ear. I believe there are some non gmo corn choices available at times, as well. Even BETTER!
** I don't own a microwave. It's a personal choice...just don't feel like they are good for my home or food. So if you prefer, you can easily cook your ears of corn any other conventional way. I like to leave the corn in the husks and BBQ or bake; but you can always steam or boil without the husks as well.
