Ingredients

1 tablespoon coconut oil

2 teaspoons butter

1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1 1/2 teaspoons 'To Die For' Seasoning

1/3 cup thin sliced celery

1/2 small

1 1/2 cup asparagus sliced at an angle into about 1 inch lengths

4 cups spiraled or thin slices zucchini

3 cups beef broth (bone/beef broth is great!)

Directions

On medium heat saute mushrooms and 'To Die For' Seasoning in oil and butter for about 3 minutes. Add celery, onion and asparagus; continue to saute until tender crisp. Stir as needed. Add zucchini and cook covered for about 1 or 2 minutes. Add broth and heat. Serve.
