1 1/2cup asparagus sliced at an angle into about 1 inch lengths
4cups spiraled or thin slices zucchini
3cups beef broth (bone/beef broth is great!)
On medium heat saute mushrooms and 'To Die For' Seasoning in oil and butter for about 3 minutes. Add celery, onion and asparagus; continue to saute until tender crisp. Stir as needed. Add zucchini and cook covered for about 1 or 2 minutes. Add broth and heat. Serve.
