Tom’s Terrific Greek Steak

2 beef steaks of choice (rib, T-Bone, etc)*

1 to 2 tablespoons "It’s Greek to Me”™ Seasoning

olive or coconut oil


Polk holes into each side of steaks. Apply the oil and seasoning to both sides of steaks evenly and rub in real good! Allow to sit for an hour. Grill or BBQ to desired doneness.

*For using this recipe on HCG phase 2, weigh your steak to 3.5 ounces. I use lean buffalo steak and cook it to medium. They are REALLY delicious! Make sure you omit the oil and broil. OR, us small amount of coconut oil.
