Yummy Asian Salad Dressing

2-3 teaspoons Grandma Edna’s “Amazin Asian” Seasoning

3/4 cup olive oil

1/3 cup rice vinegar

1/3 cup soy sauce

3 tablespoons honey or 4 tablespoons sugar

1/4 cup water

Put all ingredients in pan. Stir to mix and heat until sugar or honey is dissolved. Let cool. Put in container and store in refrigerator. Shake before using. Great on cabbage salad, as a marinade and whatever else you can think to put it on!

“Special” Seafood Dip
Combine well:
3/4 cup mayo
3/4 cup sour cream
1 clove crushed garlic (optional)
1 tablespoon “Grandma Edna’s “Special” Seasoning
1 can drained clam or shrimp

Keep refrigerated.

Twisted French Mustard Dressing
– 3 tablespoons MCT Oil or Olive Oil
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 1 tablespoon “French Twist” ™ Salad Seasoning
– 2 teaspoons Dijon Style Mustard
– 3 drops stevia or 2 teaspoons of agave nectar (or other sweetener of choice to taste)

Blend ingredients well. Pour over chopped veggies of choice or over fish, or use as a marinade for chicken. AMAZING!
“It’s Greek to Me”™ Dipping Oil
Combine well:
1/2 cup olive oil
1 rounded tablespoon Grandma Edna’s “It’s Greek to Me”™ Seasoning
1 clove crushed garlic (optional)
1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Crusty bread

Heat on low, (just enough to warm) Once it is warm, maintain for about 20 minutes. This helps flavors to meld more. Remove and cool. Use breads such as focaccia, French, ciabatta, etc. for dipping and enjoy!

BAKED POTATOES or TACO TOPPING
Combine in bowl:
1 ¾ teaspoons of “Special Seasoning”
1 cup sour cream
Let set a few minutes then serve as yummy topping!
