To Die For™ Beef Stew

· 1 Carrot, cut up
· 3 to 4 large Potatoes, cut in large chunks
· 3 lb Beef chuck or stew meat in -1 1/2 inch cubes
· 1 c beef broth
· 2 ½ – 3 tablespoons “To Die For”™ Seasoning,

· 1 Garlic clove
· 3 Onions, quartered
· 1 Celery stalk, cut up

Sprinkle “To Die For”™ Steak Seasoning onto beef and rub in. Heat a small amount of oil in pot, add meat and brown. Add broth, carrot & garlic, bring to boil, then reduce heat & simmer until meat is tender. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer another hour.

CROCKPOT: Add browned meat to crockpot. Add the rest of ingredients. Cover and cook on low for about 6 -8 hours. (High 5-6 hours)
